Product: This cheese is made with sheep's milk from Pontenza in Italy. The truffles are added during the maturation of the cheese. It is different from other truffle cheeses because Moliterno has time to develop its own flavour first. 

Matured for at least three months giving a supple creamy texture and distinct truffle flavour.

Origin: Southern Italy

Ingredients: Sheep milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet, black summer truffle, extra olive oil
