This sauce is one of the most famous Sétoise specialties. This is a delicious sauce to accompany fish soups, fish and shellfish. It is excellent served with our Fish Soup and our Seafood Velouté, spread on croutons and topped with some grated cheese for a true Sétoise presentation. Our Sétoise Rouille can also be served spread on toast as a tasty cocktail hour snack.
