Halloween cupcakes by Aisha's cooking 👻

INGREDIENTS 

For the Cupcakes – 12 cupcakes 

 

For the Buttercream

For the Assembly 

  • Round Chocolate Candy
  • Brown m&m
  • ¾ cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • ½ tsp Rose Icing color 
  • ½ kg Icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp corn starch (for dusting)

 

RECIPE

For the  Cupcakes 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Add papers to a cupcake pan.
  3. Sift together the dry ingredients (including the sugar) into a mixing bowl. Whisk until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and whisk together.
  5. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix well with fork until combined.
  6. Distribute batter into cupcake papers. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow time to cool fully.
