Our gourmet mountain saucisson is a dried cured pork sausage made with the meat from pigs born and bred in the French Pyrenees at a minimum altitude of 700 m. This rustic French speciality gathers flavours from the woods and the wild plants that grow in these mountains making the meat tender and buttery.
Ingredients: Pork meat (french pork), preparation for dried sausage (LACTOSE, dextrose, sugar,spices, garlic, preservative: potassium nitrate), salt, smoked flavouring, white pepper, juniper berry, preservative: sodium nitrite, starter culture, natural beef casings, 150 g of meat used for 100 g of finished product.
