Aware of the fact that many people find it difficult to slice a ham, we also offer a hand-sliced version with thin slices, performed in Spain by Master Cortadors who scrupulously comply with our specifications.

Sliced into petals, the Bellota-Bellota® ham is vacuum-packed for optimal preservation. Before tasting it, follow the tips on the package for the perfect tasting experience.
If it is a vacuum bag, pull it out from the fridge and run it a few moments under lukewarm water. 15 minutes before serving the ham, open the vacuum bag to let it "breaths".
Put the ham on a lukewarm plate. The ideal one: the Bellota-Bellota® plate in volcano shape with, at the middle, a candle which keep petals at their ideal tasting temperature (28-29°C).
To eat: crushed tomatoes sauce or smashed potatoes with olive oil.
To drink: avoid sweet wines and prefer those with a beautiful aromatic structure, which match perfectly with Bellota-Bellota® ham
