The Arabian Bee Eater: 62% Dark Chocolate with Crushed Pistachio
This gorgeous egg has been crafted using our vegan bean to bar 62% Dark Chocolate, together with pieces of bright crunchy pistachios, reminiscent of the Arabian Bee Eater’s vivid plumage. This stunning bird, unlike some other bee-eaters, is known to be acclimated to arid areas and is found well away from water. It resides all over the Arabian peninsula, that gave it it’s distinctive name.

Their single origin collection is crafted from beans originating from Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India.
Using granite wheels, the roasted beans are ground for several days in a process which slowly decreases the molecule size to create incredibly smooth chocolate with no need for additional additives.
