A little flat ball made with raw milk from the alpine brown goats that frolick between the Loire and the wide plains of the Berry region where it gets its unique properties from the rich and varied vegetation. Our crottin is young and soft with a crumbly texture that slowly melts in your mouth liberating its creamy and nutty taste. The label is protected granting the cheese tradition and quality since 1976 (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée).
