Product: Our Pike Quenelles, also known as "Quenelles de Brochet", are made with freshly-caught pike for an exquisite and delicate texture. This French classic is perfect with a traditional Nantua sauce (it's a creamy sauce made with crayfish (or sometimes lobster) butter, cream, and crayfish tails, shop our homemade lobster sauce here).
We love to eat these quenelles with a fresh salad but also as an aperitif with a blini, a slice of pike quenelle and a touch of lemon cream... a delight!
Preparation: Preheat your oven for 5 minutes at 210 ° C. Without thawing them, place the products in a dish and coat them abundantly with a liquid sauce (béchamel, nantua, tomato, etc.). Leave to cook for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve immediately.
