This bread is 100% wholegrain and is made with gluten free ingredients (buckwheat, chia, flax, quinoa, sunflower, pumkin, oat, filtered water, rock salt).
Thanks to Sven's very unique knowledge, Baker's Kitchen proposes an exceptional bread range: high in proteins, minerals, fibers and vitamins. The process-making is pure, natural, and low in gluten (some products are gluten free).
