Roquefort PDO

Considered the world's greatest blue cheese and the favorite of kings and popes in France. Made from unpasteurized milk of ewes found in the limestone plateaux in Aveyron. The aging of the cheese takes place in the natural damp aired caves found under the village of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon. The taste combines a creamy softness with a salty hint that will leave your mouth craving for another bite.
