Originally manufactured in a city located between Lisieux and Deauville, the Pont L'Evêque cheese rind is rather smooth, and its colour varies from golden yellow to orange. Its slightly rebounded appearance, colour, creamy and soft taste makes it an extremely pleasant cheese.
