The Hélie oysters of Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue, bred by the third generation of the Hélie family, are a true oyster vintage of the Normandy region.
With a new type of production, OSTRE’OR oysters grow in bags arranged on tables. Installed in special farms, they benefit from extensive breeding, low density and special attention enabling them to develop extraordinary qualities at maturity:
A shell of regular shape and slightly iridescent golden yellow colour, generous meat, crisp and sour flavour enhanced by marine notes from the Normandy sea.
