To enhance the taste of the fruit, the sugar content of jams is adjusted for each recipe. The sugar content of Pipaillon jams is deliberately reduced: it varies - depending on the type of fruit - from 27% to 42% to ensure the long preservation of the produced without altering the subtle flavor of fruits.
