Mont Ventoux goat cheese is a cheese that looks very nice thanks to its thin smooth rind semi covered with aromatic herbs. This cheese is very aromatic. Its texture oscillates between firm and frothy while is melting in the mouth. Mont Ventoux is a beautiful raw goat's milk cheese in the original shape of an elongated cone, the base of which is dotted with Provence herbs. It is produced by hand from Rove goat's milk, in the Alpes de Hautes Provence, at the bottom of Mont Ventoux.
