Product: This uncooked pressed paste is made in the workshop of our producer Beillevaire in Saint-Helene-du-Lac, not far from Chambery in Savoie. The marbling that runs through the beautiful blond paste is made of vegetable ash.
Made with unpasteurized cow’s milk, it is very similar to Morbiere.
