This Spanish jewel is prepared with premium bred Iberian pigs fed with the acorns that fall from the oak trees that dominate the pastures of the region at an altitude of 1,000 meters. They contain natural spices and "pimentón" (Spanish paprika) that gives the chorizo its characteristic reddish color and intense flavor while it cures for 3 months in storage cellars.
