The Original is a gourmet sauce homemade by Ambika Rajgopal, Founder and Chief of Haute Sauce. This is the SPICIEST sauce, made from Habanero peppers and coriander and guarantees to fire up any dish it touches.

Haute Sauce is a UAE-based artisanal range of small-batch hot sauces made out of fresh ingredients. Haute Sauce was founded when Ambika discovered a dearth of good-quality, natural hot sauces in the market. We decided to remedy this situation by making our own range of sauces that are not only bursting with heat and flavour, but are also completely natural, vegan, gluten-free, and preservative-free.
Original Haute Sauce is best consumed before 8-10 weeks, if kept under the right conditions.
All Haute Sauces are made from fresh ingredients without any added preservatives, so they must be refrigerated at all times. We recommend keeping them at the very back of the refrigerator where it’s the coldest and not at the front of the fridge or in the fridge door.
In addition to this, please also ensure:
- The jar is shut properly. The rubber gasket is designed to create a vacuum when closed and not let air in.
- You use a clean and dry spoon when taking out the Haute Sauce. Using a wet or contaminated spoon to scoop the sauce will cause it to spoil.
- You never keep a metallic spoon inside the jar indefinitely.
