Product: Gouda is the best known and most widely consumed cheese in the Netherlands. It is eaten in all its colours, yellow, red, white and orange. And in all its forms, young, steamed, flavoured, salted, fruity, it is very often appreciated as an aperitif.
This one is matured for 21 months, which gives it a brittle and slightly salty texture.
