Semi cooked whole duck foie gras is back !
We were dreaming of having our very own Maison Duffour Foie Gras.
Our dream became true thanks to Chef Albertto.
Our collaboration started weeks ago and, one step at a time, we worked to have the best handmade Foie Gras in Dubai for all you gourmets out there.
First, we had to select the best quality raw duck liver we could. Then, Chef Albertto designed the recipe with the best ingredients, respectful of French traditions but also with a local twist. He created what should become a Christmas (and all year long) hit.
The ingredients, all selected with special care, remain very simple and pure:
organic grape juice, Guérande sea salt, honey, organic lemon and spices.
And of course raw duck liver, from Mulard ducks raised in Périgord Noir.
Hope you will love it as much as we do! Please note that it's very lightly salted. You can add salt and pepper to your liking during the degustation.
