Medium size wild Escargots (Snails) in shells, garnished with parsley butter.
- Preheat your oven at 180C (gas 6)
- Remove the product from its packaging and without defrosting, place the snails in an oven tray
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes
- Serve as soon as the butter starts bubbling
- Do not cook in a microwave oven
