Our Duck Confit is prepared from south-west french Mulard duck legs, here in the U.A.E. It is composed of 2 or 4 legs, ready-to-eat.
We adopted the recipe from worldwide renowned Chef Alain Ducasse: our duck legs are now immersed in coarse salt for 24 hours before being cooked. This cooking process gave us satisfaction above all expectations.

PREPARATION: Sear your duck legs in a frying pan for 5 minutes, before putting it in the oven for 15/ to 20 minutes at 150°C/302°F.
Portion size: 2 legs, 500 / 600 Gr (bone-in) or 4 legs, 1000 - 1200 Gr
Country of origin: French duck legs, cooked in the U.A.E.
Stuff to consider: vacuumed, fresh, 30 days preferable shelf life from production date.
