This highborn blue cheese comes from the gastronomic former French region of Bresse. This soft cheese is hiding its creamy heart and delicate blue veins under a tender white crust.
Its making is particularly demanding as it is made of exceptional raw material: the milk of the historic region and former province of Bresse, in eastern France. To this milk is added some high-quality cream.
