Ingredients: Pasta 60%: superior quality semolina, water, eggs. Filling 40%: semi-dried tomatoes, breadcrumbs, fresh cheese, Emmental, ricotta, sunflower oil, dehydrated potato flakes, salt, wheat bran fiber, sugar, rosemary, pepper.
Preparation: Immerse the products in a large volume of simmering water. Stir and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain and arrange to taste.
Cooking tips: Do not peel products stuck together before cooking! Immerse them directly in the simmering water, they will come off naturally! And so that they do not open, do not let them boil and respect the cooking time.
