- Fresh tarty yuzu pâte de fruit together with a nutty, toasted sesame white chocolate ganache; in a creamy 45% milk chocolate shell.
- Bright zesty mandarin pâte de fruit combined with a rich dark chocolate ganache; in a bold 62% dark chocolate shell.
- Delicate rose infused pâtes de fruit together with a sweet lemon white chocolate ganache; in a dreamy white chocolate shell.

Their single origin collection is crafted from beans originating from Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India.
Using granite wheels, the roasted beans are ground for several days in a process which slowly decreases the molecule size to create incredibly smooth chocolate with no need for additional additives.
