The honey: Hédène chestnut honey from Tarn is a full-bodied honey with a woody flavor. It is liquid and copper-dark with surprisingly powerful aromas. It is a full-bodied honey with long lasting aromas and a very subtle bitterness.
Chestnuts blossom from mid-June to late August. Harvest happens between August and mid-September.

In the beginning, there are two beekeepers in love with French honey: Cyril Marx and Alexis Ratouis. Both born in a family of beekeepers, they connect through a passion for this noble and natural product, with multiple flavors and source of intense pleasure.
