The chanterelle is a very appreciated mushroom! The chanterelle has precious flavors that must be enhanced with subtlety. This is why Saint Jean simply adds Drôme parsley. Producer: Since 1935, Saint Jean has been offering recipes based on traditional know-how: ravioli, quenelles, fresh pasta and ready-made meals.

Ingredients: Pasta 50%: superior quality semolina, water, fresh eggs from free-range hens. Filling 50%: Chanterelles, button mushrooms, breadcrumbs, fresh cheese, potato flake, ricotta, sunflower oil, Emmental, parsley, wheat fiber, salt, butter, natural mushroom flavor with other natural flavors, garlic, pepper. 

Preparation:  Immerse the products in simmering water and cook for 5 minutes without boiling the water. Accommodate to your taste, with a sauce or a drizzle of olive oil, grated Gruyere or Parmesan cheese.

Cooking tips: Do not peel products stuck together before cooking! Immerse them directly in the simmering water, they will come off naturally! And so that they do not open, do not let them boil and respect the cooking time.
