Our buckwheat crepes (galettes de sarrasin) are made according to Brittany traditions. Made with just 4 ingredients (water, egg, salt, buckwheat flour), they are ready to be cooked like in a restaurant on the Quiberon's bay: with an egg sunny side up, a slice of cooked ham, sprinkle a bit of grated gruyere, fold heat it up in a pan and voila!
