Tasting Advice: If it is a vacuum bag, pull it out from the fridge and run it a few moments under lukewarm water. 15 minutes before serving the ham, open the vacuum bag to let it "breaths".
Put the ham on a lukewarm plate. The ideal one: the Bellota-Bellota® plate in volcano shape with, at the middle, a candle which keep petals at their ideal tasting temperature (28-29°C).
Pairings: To eat: crushed tomatoes sauce or smashed potatoes with olive oil.
