- Salad assortment (ex: for 30 pax, 2 big salads - you can discuss which salad you want with our salesperson. The more you are the more we can add variety)
- Black Angus beef prime rib

- Sauces: mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard. We can change this trio if needed.
- Barbecue and charcoal
- Buffet table with tablecloth (black or white)
