We were dreaming of having our very own Maison Duffour Foie Gras.
Our dream became true thanks to one of our customers: Chef Max.
Our collaboration started months ago and, one step at a time, we worked to have the best handmade Foie Gras in Dubai.
First, we had to select the best quality raw duck liver we could. Then, Chef Max designed the recipe with the best ingredients, respectful of French traditions but also with a local twist.
He created what should become a Christmas (and all year long) hit.
The ingredients, all selected with special care, remain very simple:
organic grape juice, Guérande sea salt, honey, organic lemon and spices.
And of course raw duck liver, from Mulard ducks raised in Périgord Noir.
