Classic Camembert made with raw milk from Norman cows that paste no further than 25 km away from the cheesemake. This cheese is moulded by hand using the traditional methods that give the cheese all it's character and rich flavor. It has a hard and crumbly texture that smoothens up when it matures becoming runny in the inside.
