At Maison Duffour, we love our breakfasts. This gourmet special meal is the perfect occasion to reunite with your loved ones and to share a good meal. While there are lots of trends around the concept of breakfast, we decided to stick to the classic French breakfast. It's so simple yet so delicious. Needless to say, Bon Appetit everyone!
Composition for 4 persons:- 4 pre-baked mini breads (frozen)
- 4
pre-baked croissant AOC butter (frozen)
- 4
mini churned butter, Beillevaire- 4 jams Alain Millat (apricot and strawberry)
- 2 Acacia honey Alain Millat
Composition for 6 persons:
- 6 pre-baked mini breads (frozen)
- 4 pre-baked croissant AOC butter (frozen)
- 4 pre-baked chocolate croissant AOC butter (frozen)
- 6 mini churned butter, Beillevaire
- 6 jams Alain Millat (apricot and strawberry)
- 3 Acacia honey Alain Millat
Bread and viennoiseries baking instructions:
- Defrost for 15-20mins at room temperature
- Pre-heat the oven at 190C for 10 min
- Place the pastries on tray (with baking paper)
- Bake for 16-20min at 170C
- Remove from the oven and let it cool down for 10-15mins
Stuff to consider: FROZEN, cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, possible traces of nuts, possible traces of soya, possible traces of sesame seeds.
