This gourmet hazelnut saucisson is a gourmet dried cured pork sausage. It combines savourous tender meat with crunchy hazelnuts. Ideal for your aperitif, it is particularly delicious eaten by itself but it also makes the most delicious sandwich with a French tradition baguette with butter.
Ingredients: Pork, hazelnuts (4.48%), dry sausage mix (lactose [MILK], spices, dextrose, sugar, garlic, preservative : potassium nitrate), salt, preservative: sodium nitrite, yeast, natural pork casing, 127g minimum of meat used per 100g of finished product. Product subject to desiccation.
